Where to get your ears blown out
Battle scars
Caliente Harley-Davidson · Aug 15, 2026
The crowd voted, and GRIND took first place at Caliente Harley-Davidson's annual Battle of the Bands. Merciless Texas heat, nothing but original songs, and the win.
Four guys. One wall of sound.
Every song on that stage is ours.
Born in San Antonio under the name Assassin.
The band becomes GRIND and commits to its own material, all original, every set.
Cuts a run of originals: “Get It In Your Mind,” “Who Do You Think You Are,” “Misery,” “Going Under,” “Betrayed” and more.
Summer Metalfest, first place at the Caliente Harley-Davidson Battle of the Bands, and back at Fitzgerald's.
Eight originals recorded in 2010. Streaming is on the way. Until then, you'll have to catch them live.
